Ahead of the release of his new album, Banco de Gaia is proud to present Mir, a paean to peace in these tumultuous times.
Featuring the sublime soprano saxophone of Matthew Jenkins, Mir’s spacious sounds bring to mind both early Floyd and the Soviet Space Station of the same name. Accompanying the original are two remixes: a sunrise special from Sheffield’s Darkly A.M. and an acid house banger by Marine Boy.
