A Delicate Hesitation grew from experiments at the piano. The main melodic part embodies the idea of uncertainty and doubt which becomes stronger as it develops. Accompanied by sounds that also mimic this hesitancy, the whole piece becomes quite human and tender before resolving in a very quiet and delicate way.
